My body,
twisting open.
My heart,
softening free.
And every space
between every breath
brings me
home
to
me.
This weekend, give yourself the gift of hanging out with you. Find the things about yourself that you appreciate. Thank yourself for the courage you’ve had to get through the tough spots. Encourage yourself to take on the important, scary stuff. Comfort yourself for the places where you’re hurting or confused. Celebrate the great gift of life.
Thank you for being.
I was just thinking about this, how fun you wrote a post about being with oneself on the weekend!
I have the house all by myself and I was right now asking to my inner goddess what would she enjoy to do. So far she tells me that a long relaxing shower followed by coconut moisturizer and lounging around in lingerie while listening to french music would be just delightful.
Can’t wait to see what she wants to do tomorrow!
Have a nice weekend 😉
What a smart Inner Goddess you have, Irina!
What beautiful self-care. Thank you for sharing.
Much Love,
Nisha
I recently decided to go on a journey to Australia (a long way from Denver) on my own to get back in touch with myself. I am in a very spiritual and healing place – and I want to get back in touch with my intuition. This weekend I want to do some journaling about what DO I really want in this life. What is the life I want to create? Right now I have no idea! Thanks for your words of wisdom and your support. xo
What a beautiful way to make the most
of this life-changing trip to Australia,
Cecile.
Having a clear vision makes all the difference.
Much love,
Nisha
Hey Nisha!
I’m coming home to myself by following my instincts and honoring my intuition. Instead of pushing myself to do what I do not feel guided to do, but feel obligated to do, I will focus on listening to my body and responding accordingly.
I’m listening to the Explore More Summit, writing, creating, also diving into FFF, drinking tea with my chocolate ganache cake, candles burning and windows open. Feeling fresh and inspired and my husband is away for a conference. Stillness, solitude. I agree, Nisha, that our body is our home, and learning to BE with ourselves is essential. Xoxoxo
