I remember you.
Before hard work was a way of life…
I remember when you loved to play.
Before you obsessed over what was new and next…
You delighted in the pleasure of each moment.
Before you woke up stressed about the day ahead…
A simple patch of grass was an adventure waiting to happen.
Before you spent your time worrying…
Your mind wandered to fairytale fantasies.
It is your birthright to live while you’re alive, beloved.
…to play.
…to rest.
…to adventure.
…to dream.
It is the birthright of that little girl inside to love what she loves.
Hey you,
I remember you.
Won’t you come out to play?

–> In the comments below, let me know how you’ll hold space this week, to head out to play 🙂
Beyond beautiful and right through the heart. You are one talented soul, Nisha ♡
This could not be sweeter!
This spoke straight to my heart. More and more, I have been shifting from working hard to working smart. Hard works has too much struggle and resistance. Smart work feels fun and free.
This week, I am holding a few hours open a couple days that are just for me. To rest. To play. To cook. To create. To practice listening to my intuition for what I need in those hours.
This was short and straight to the point. I love! Taking a good tour/look at your site– inspiring! I’m an IIN grad too 🙂
