Most groups like this focus on one thing – your work, your money, your connection with spirit, your romantic relationship, your parenting, your wellbeing, etc. This can cause us to pendulum swing between different areas of focus, throwing others out of balance or straight-up ignoring the impact that each has on the others. Here, instead of pretending anything is happening in a silo, we honor the impact of all our relations, and work to tend the upward spiral everywhere.

Most courses focus entirely on our personal e orts but not on the cultural conditions and systems that impact our lives. That approach is myopic and lacks honesty, leaving folks feeling like they are constantly failing. As a single mother who holds a lot; as a biracial woman who grew-up in a family that was passionate about liberation, democracy, and justice; and with a background in health & executive coaching, ancestral healing, and community building – I have a passion for shifting the conversation around leadership to include the realms of spirit and soul, and to uplift us all.
For nearly 20 years, as a Leadership Coach and the founder of Global Sisterhood Day, I’ve led intimate councils, online courses, and over 60 retreats – walking with deep-hearted, visionary, culture-making women: entrepreneurs, healers, and artists who are committed to giving their gifts in service of a more just and beautiful future.
The world needs our deepest leadership, and it would be my honor to walk with you and catalyze your gifts.
SACRED SOMATICS FACILITATOR
Elisha is a Priestess & Oracle, Nervous System Alchemist, and Sacred Somatics Facilitator. She will be guiding our monthly Embodied Expansion Sessions, and co-facilitating the Quarterly Ceremonial Activations.
Elisha guides leaders to embody their essence, allowing them to trust their power, have greater impact in their communities, and authentically express their truth. Elisha weaves her 20+ year career as a tenured professor of somatics + dance with breathwork, Neurosculpting, energy work, intuitive channeling, and transpersonal psychology for a whole system approach to healing and transformation.

When you join, you can add our entire online calendar in a few clicks. Recordings are always posted so you can participate asynchronously anytime – many people will, and have described it as feeling as-if they were there live! * Twice-monthly Group Coaching Gatherings alternate between 9am PST and 4pm PST on Wednesdays. * Monthly Embodied Expansion + Breathwork Sessions are Thursday afternoons PST. * Seasonal Ceremonial Activations (around Solstices + Equinoxes) * Monthly Emergent Exploration Workshops (around the 1st of the month) will shift days and times to accommodate as many people as possible. * Optional Community Council affinity groups will be organized around agreed-upon monthly call times.

First, there is nothing to keep-up with! When you join, you can add our entire online calendar in a few clicks. From there, attend calls live when you can, and catch the recordings when you can. This is meant to contribute to your life, not take away from it, and the only homework is your actual life!
When you join Devotional Leadership, you commit to spiral with us for a year. You do NOT have to attend everything live, or even watch every recording – life happens! We open enrollment quarterly – Sept, Dec, March, June – and everyone is committing to 1 year when you join! This way, you can move through all the components of the journey, and each builds on the next. Your year-long journey starts when you join us, and you retain access for 1 year from that date (unless you default on payments).
Absolutely yes! The course is created for women. I’m doing my best to make sure that we resist heteronormativity, and that any trans sisters feel completely welcomed and included. Our self-organized Community Council groups are also affinity groups, and in the past we’ve had LGBTQ+ and BIPOC centered groups, among others. If you ever see ways I could do better, please email me anytime – I’d love to receive your feedback.
