WISE WOMEN, RISE UP
There’s a crusty old paradigm of leadership that shapeshifts across time and space, echoing narrow narratives of how a woman should be.
It’s time we collectively get free.
TO BIRTH THE NEW PARADIGM, THIS MUST DIE:
• Doubting the necessity of our work + wisdom.
• Blocking ourselves from deeply receiving.
• Holding back the true depth we’re here to bring.
• Trying to keep up with lifehackers + influencers.
• Toxic comparison with other women.
• Getting guidance from folks who don’t live & breathe community care and collective liberation.
• Blaming ourselves for struggling in a world and society that rely on our shame.
• Playing Good Girl instead of Wise Woman.
• Performing perfection to gain success.
• Thinking all our challenges will be solved with better productivity and time management.
• Denying the truths of our wisest Ancestors.
• Trying to do it alone, or with people who don’t walk in the depths.
The wisdom of wise women is needed now.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve led intimate councils, online courses, and over 60 retreats – walking with deep-hearted, visionary, culture-making women: entrepreneurs, healers, and artists who are committed to giving their gifts in service of a more just and beautiful future.
As a single mother who holds a lot; as a biracial woman who grew-up in a family that was passionate about liberation, democracy, and justice; and with a background in health & executive coaching, ancestral healing, and community building – I have a passion for shifting the conversation around leadership to include the realms of spirit and soul, and to uplift us all.
