This year, I decided I’d face down a fear:
Public speaking.

I tend to be social and outgoing, but have always
been afraid of speaking in public without notes.
When the opportunity came to work with my dear
friend KC Baker to write an epic speech, I knew
this was my next big stretch.

But when I signed up, I never thought I’d be speaking
in front of one of my sheroes, Regena Thomashauer,
aka Mama Gena. What a great reminder that when we
step into our spotlight, we’re given space to shine.
